About Riviera
Riviera provides a happy, inviting learning environment where children are encouraged to laugh, play, interact, explore and learn. Children need to feel safe and secure so the teachers and educators will provide an environment that caters to individual needs and learning styles. Children will be valued for their individual identity and will be encouraged to express themselves throughout their time at Riviera. All children will be respected as competent, capable and active participants in their own learning and will be encouraged to contribute to the planning through their interests.
We are very pleased to work with a strong and supportive group of parents, who support us in developing the sense of community that our preschool is known for.
Riviera Preschool is proud of its high-quality environments, both indoors and outdoors. Children will have many opportunities to explore, investigate and discover in a very large, natural environment and we’d like to introduce you to our chickens! We are proud of the work we do with the food forest, juts next door to our preschool. The children spend time there learning about sustainability and nature.
Children will be encouraged to participate in technology learning including the use of digital camera and mobile devices. These types of experiences are planned for, are adult guided and will have a specific learning intention.
REGISTRATION
To enrol at a Community Kinders Plus kindergarten you must first register with the Frankston City Council. This can be done online.
Frankston City Council Registrations:
2023 – 3 Year old registrations: On time registrations close 30 Sept, 2022
2023 – 4 Year old registration: On time registrations close 30 April, 2022

Frankston City Council will then facilitate the offers of enrolment at each service. Once you have received an offer you will then be contacted by Community Kinders Plus.
CKP will contact you with your unique username and password which will allow access to the website to complete your child’s online enrolment form. Do not attempt to login unless you have these details. Attempts to enrol your child without these login details will be unsuccessful and you will have to fill out the form again once you received your SMS. Prices include your kinder logo on each uniform as well as GST. Each of the uniforms come in a range of colours including royal, navy, green, pink & red. Each kindergarten has its own sample pack in addition to the CKP office at 20 Ebdale Street, Frankston. We may not be able to exchange for incorrect sizing so please arrange a sample where possible.
